Not many business decisions are as quick to implement as an Apton interior. Pick up the phone and you can have a new office next week (or we'll give you a very good reason why).
When you specify Apton , your order will be assembled off-site, so everything arrives finished. You'll notice a difference when we come to install it as well.

No carpentry. No painting. No decorating. No wet trades on site. All you have to do is move in and get down to business

Apton is a relocatable, internal non-load bearing demountable partition intended for use within normal office type environments. I.e. Those environments which have a temperature range of between 10°C and 30°C.

It is a maintenance free system and damaged panels should be replaced with new components. Apton Partitioning is available in two thicknesses 75mm and 100mm.
The partitioning is erected in standard 1200mm modules with make-up panels cut to size on site as required.

It comprises ceiling/wall and floor track with vertical studs at 600mm centres to make up the steel framework. Clad both sides with one layer of 12.5mm thick plasterboard, which is held in position by steel fixing strips and plastic cover trims.

The one-hour fire rated system (100mm) uses 2 layers of plasterboard each side of the framework with staggered joints.
The panels are pre-decorated in the factory. Steel window frames which are pre-glazed prior to delivery on site and steel door frames which have doors hung in the factory fit into the basic framework as required.

The maximum recommended height for the standard system is 3000mm. Heights up to 4500mm (3760mm with F30 fire rating) can be achieved by boxing the vertical studs at 3000mm level to form a splice.
